Glacier Bay National Park

Next up was Glacier Bay National Park.
The area is renowned for its sea life and the spectacular calving glaciers.

When George Vancouver discovered the entrance in 1794, it was completely iced-over.
By 1916 B.S. (Before SUV's), the glaciers had retreated almost 65 miles.
