Koala-T time at Lone Pine

The highlight of our trip so far has been the river cruise to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary ...

The guy who built this bridge had a 30-year lock on collecting tolls, so he built apartments in the bridge for his tollkeepers to live in ...

There was a huge colony of Flying Foxes along the river ...

We hung out with the 'roos ...

And finally saw the little guys we traveled all this way for ...

Then we nipped off for a quick cuddle ...

(He pee'd on Amy's shirt, and she was so happy.)

Anonymous wants a koala pee shirt?

BTW, where is the purple flowery thing Amy's peeking out of? Love that.

Wow, the pics of you guys in the airport compared to you in your Aussie-Jim hats is night and day. We can all see you're having a great time. By the time you're ready to come home you'll have full tribal tattoos and faux-gator vests!

Finally, I managed to find a record of your blogger. The software that broght in the wireless signal through the usp port self destructed a week ago, and along with it access to your blogger link. But I found it scribbled on a page of my book! Wow! Kualas! What a gorgeously cute little fellow! Hey, pee is about the only thing he could give you. Consider yoursleves anointed. And a roo! And are those flying foxes bats? They look like bats. Timothy Thomas wants a Kuala to come and live here. Although I don't know. He met a cat for the first time in my presence at the pet store today and gave a hiss that would make Dixie pause. Or paws.
